His popularity grew to such an extent that an article was published in "Lankesh Patrika" in 1982 ,
by Lalita Naik who was then a Sr. Editor and a minister (a copy of which is retained by him).
He embraced Islam in 1982 and was blessed with seeing the holy Prophet (S.A.S).
From then till 1989 he devoted himself in studying, practicing and researching on Al- Quran and not only restricted himself to it but also started educating people about Islam.
While practicing Islam he started providing treatment for about 20,000 people in camp for treatment of various diseases just by providing the verses of holy Quran and water on which the verses of holy Quran were recited.
It was a camp organized at Municipal High School Ground, Hospet on 1992. The success of the treatment was reported by leading news paper SANYUKTA KARNATAK - Hubli (a copy of which is retained by us).
He organized the Divine Treatment Camps in places like Hubli, Davanagere, Bijapur, Mysore, Hassan and Chkmangalur.
And popularity grew to such an extent that people of Mysore titled him "Abdullah Baba". Due to the popularity and success of the Divine Treatment Camps, people from Pune, Maharashtra invited him to organize such camp.
And by the approach of treatment he was very popular. He resided in Pune during 1997 - 2006 helping the people. During this period he treated people who were suffering from dangerous diseases with the help of holy Quran.
The success of the treatment for the diseases published by news paper (a copy of which he has retained). And moreover a documentary is also being filmed by famous bollywood actor Khadar Khan,
which contains the interview of Dr Abdullah and the patients. (A copy of the documentary in the form of CD is retained by us)
He also has letters written to him by his patience who gained successful treatment from diseases, effects of Black Magic and people who had children after taking the Divine treatment.
Since April-2006 , Dr Abdullah is being settled in his home town, Hospet, Bellary (Dist), where he is treating the people suffering from various diseases.
To mention few of the diseases where patients gained 100% cure are as follows:
All types of Cancer [Blood, Liver, Brain, Chest, Neck and Bone],Brain tumors, Arthritis (disc failure), Spondilosies, Heart diseases, Urology related, Skin diseases and Neurological disorders (Like mental disorders and Parapliezia ). He is involved in Medical Sciences and now leading a life in invoking the Almighty to provide him more knowledge of Medical Sciences to help people.
According to Medical Sciences the main reason/source for the cause of diseases is the environment we live in which includes organisms like bacteria viruses, toxicants and alcholis etc. The cause sources for chronic disease is unknown. Hence they mentioned that the body itself produces if and hence they named it as Syndrome. According to Dr. Abdullah the people are infected with disease due to the family rights. There rights of the family lineage are termed as Hereditary and there are also called as Genetics and the causes of which is not explained. By the grace of Almighty Allah and the blessings of prophet (S.A.S) we have know the reasons/causes for these diseases. Dr Abdullah states that, Almighty has created humans and like wise Jin (devil). Almighty has also created a barrier so that Jins are invisible to humans. Ex: Like we can feel the air but cannot see it. As per our Prophet's saying, Jins are blood thirsty. Hence these creatures are the source for the cause of Chronic diseases like Cancer, Heart Attach and other deadly diseases. Medical sciences has clearly stated that they don't know the real cause of these diseases. On 16th Dec 2003, Times of India ( Maharashtra ) had published an article which contained the statement made by Dr. Thom Sheksphere , The Director of Outreach of Policy & Ethics & Nuclear Research Institute of (PEALS) England of Genetic Research. " Out of 90% of Medical research only 10% was successful in treating various diseases." [a copy of which Dr Abdullah has retained]
Dr. Abdullah further states " we treat these types of diseases where medical sciences failed to do so by using water on which the verses of Holy Quran is recited and by doing Bandish of house with out altering the house. The treatment is not expensive and moreover the root cause of the disease are stopped. It not only benefits the patient, but also benefits the family members residing there in. The treatment does not involve any kind of surgery, injections and diet restrictions. Eg, a diabetic patient can take sugar in his diet, heart patient can take salt in his diet. "
